![]() Venice forum, a permanent space for dialogue on European themes
The Venice Forum took place at Palazzo Ducale on the 22 and 23 of June
The Venice Forum will become permanent space and laboratory of dialogue on European themes, with a special reference to the “going towards East” theme, with interlocutors who are representative of institutions, economy, politics, universities of all around Europe, with the will to identify innovative strategies, that can be used by institutions for concrete governmental initiatives. The protocol has been signed at Palazzo Ducale, during the works of the first edition of the Venice Forum, by the Venice mayor Massimo Cacciari, the managing director of Unicredit Group and the manager of “East” Alessandro Profumo, from the president of the Venice Foudation 2000, Aldo Bonomi. Besides the annual meeting in Venice in June, the Venice Forum will promote other smaller public events: the activity will be coordinated by a Committee, whose secretariat has been entrusted to the Venice Foudation 2000. The mayor Cacciari and the president Bonomi have also signed a protocol between the City Council of Venice and Fondazione Venezia2000 for the promotion of three joined initiatives:
